Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Arturo excelled academically at the University of Florida, where he was inducted into the Florida Blue Key and the University of Florida Hall of Fame. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law.
Arturo is a member of the Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, and Miami Dade Trial Lawyers Association. He has served on various executive boards and is actively involved in community service as the board President of Passageway Residence of Dade County, Inc.
Manny Dieguez is a partner at Armand & Dieguez, specializing in representing victims of catastrophic injuries, negligence, and medical malpractice. With over 17 years of experience, Manny is a relentless advocate, guiding clients from the moments after a loss through trial and appeal. He has helped victims recover tens of millions of dollars in compensation.
Born and raised in Miami, Manny graduated from the University of Florida as a National Merit Scholar. He earned his law degree from George Washington University Law School. Initially defending corporations and insurance companies, Manny now uses his expertise to represent injury victims.
Manny and his longtime friend, Arturo Armand, founded their practice to represent injury victims and their families. Their work includes medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability, work-related accidents, construction accidents, and products liability cases.
